As an agent we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the hotel or for the services provided by the hotel. The hotel's terms & conditions will apply to your booking and we advise you to read these carefully as they do contain important information about your booking. We take protection of your monies very seriously. For this reason we provide protection against our insolvency and that of our supplier/s through a comprehensive Financial Failure insurance as dictated by the Package Travel Directives 2015

Payment in full is required at the time of booking any product from the website. There is no charge for Credit or debit cards. All card payments are processed by 'WorldPay' using secure servers to ensure your transactions are safe. Credit Card Charges are made instantly, your credit card statement will show payment taken by Avanti Rooms. If your credit card is declined we will make every effort to contact you. Finally, if you are unable to fulfil payment your booking will be cancelled. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive confirmation of the booking along with your 'Hotel Voucher' to be presented on arrival at the hotel.

Changes to your booking
An admin charge of £35 per booking will be made to all or any changes made after confirmation
Any amendments or cancellations of bookings must be done via bookmyhotel.co.uk and NOT the hotel itself. Please note all cancellations must be made online through 'manage my booking' You, the customer, acknowledge that certain authorities in some countries may impose additional taxes such as tourist tax, resort fee or luxury tax and are not included in the contracts that you may have booked with us. You are exclusively responsible for paying up for the said additional taxes/fees.
Our responsibility for your booking
Your contract is with the hotel and its terms and conditions apply. As agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the arrangements. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We accept no responsibility for any information about the arrangements that we pass on to you in good faith. However, in the event that we are found liable to you on any basis whatsoever, our maximum liability to you is limited to twice the cost of the commission we earn on your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
In the context of electronic messaging, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. We have a zero-tolerance spam policy. Our messaging systems automatically scan all incoming email and other messages and filter-out messages that appear to be spam. No message filtering system is 100% accurate and from time to time legitimate messages will be filtered-out by our systems.
